Six programmes · One curriculum · Open workshops in Mumbai · In-company across India
The programmes: one curriculum, six ways to take it.
Grooming, etiquette and presence, designed and overseen by Sabira Merchant and delivered by faculty she has certified. All six run as open workshops in Mumbai, where anyone can book a seat, and in-company for teams. Choose by who you are and where you are going.
How to read this page
One curriculum, six programmes
Every programme on this page is built from the same material: Sabira Merchant’s curriculum on how a professional looks, speaks, moves, hosts, eats and conducts business. What changes is the audience, the depth and the setting. A first-jobber and a board member do not need the same day, but they are held to the same standard.
All six run as open workshops in Mumbai. You book a single seat on a published date, and the cohort is kept small so that feedback is individual. All six also run in-company, scoped to a team, a sector or an assignment. The first three are the general programmes. The other three are built around a role: senior leadership, the front line, and work with overseas counterparts.
Whichever you choose, the sessions are demonstrated and practised rather than lectured, and every participant is assessed against her rubric before a certificate is issued.

Not sure which
Start from the situation, not the title
Most people can place themselves in one line below. If you cannot, an L&D consultant will ask three questions and point you to the right day.
- You represent your organisation to clients, partners or leadership and want the whole picture in one day: Corporate Grooming & Etiquette.
- Business is done over meals and the table still makes you hesitate: Business Dining Etiquette.
- You are a student, a fresh graduate or in your first job, or you are a parent or HR manager preparing one: Young Professionals.
- You are a senior leader and need a smaller, more private setting: Executive Presence for Leaders.
- You run a team that customers meet first: Client-Facing & Front-Office.
- You or your team are moving abroad or working with overseas counterparts: International Assignments.

Three questions, then a recommendation
Tell us who the programme is for, what they face in the next six months, and whether you are booking one seat or a team. You will get a straight answer, the next date, or a proposal.
What every programme carries
The title on the certificate changes with the programme. What stands behind it does not.
- Her curriculum. Modules, exercises and standards written and revised by Sabira Merchant.
- Certified faculty. Trainers who have been taught by her, observed by her and certified to deliver her material.
- Her assessment. Every participant is assessed against her rubric, and the assessments are reviewed under her direction.
- Practice over lecture. Demonstrations, drills, role plays and a coached meal wherever the format allows one.
- Small cohorts. Open workshops are capped so that feedback stays individual.
- A certificate that says so. Certified on the Sabira Merchant curriculum, issued through Princeton Academy.
