Questions companies ask first
Who conducts the sessions?
Every programme is designed and overseen by Sabira Merchant. Sessions are delivered by faculty she has trained and certified on her curriculum. Depending on the format, batch and schedule, Ms Merchant may conduct part of a session personally. The content, the standards and the assessment are hers in every case.
Is there a minimum cohort size?
Cohorts are typically twelve to twenty. Smaller senior cohorts are run for leadership programmes. A larger headcount is split into cohorts so that everyone practises and everyone is assessed, rather than watched from the back of a hall.
Can we mix programmes for one organisation?
Yes, and most engagements do. A frontline cohort, a manager cohort and a senior cohort can run under one proposal, each on the programme that fits, with one report to HR at the end. Modules can also be combined for a single cohort where the roles justify it.
Do you travel outside Mumbai?
Yes. Princeton Academy delivers across India and faculty travel to each location. Travel and venue are itemised in the proposal, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How is it priced?
Per cohort, stated in the proposal, inclusive of materials, assessment, certificates and the faculty report. What varies is the number of cohorts, the cities and whether floor observation is included. Invoices are raised by Princeton Academy with GST.
One curriculum. Every city. One report.
